Once your payment is authorized and verified, please allow 1-2 business days for the order to be processed and handled. If you would like to get expedited shipping on your order, please select 2-Days Shipping(U.S. only). Any order placed after 2pm EST will be processed on the following business day.

In most cases, 2 Days Shipping takes 2 business days for delivery, however, in some occasions, package can take up to 3 business days to arrive due to further distance. (i.e.: North East Coast: 1-2 business days*, Midwest: 2 business days*, West Coast: 3 business days*)
If you notice your mailing address is incorrect after the order is processed, please email us immediately (email@example.com) so we can fix it for you. Once the order is shipped, we can not be responsible for the address error and lost package due to incorrect address. It will not be eligible for replacement. However, if the package does get sent back and received by us, an additional of shipping cost will be applied to re-ship. If a refund is requested, the amount will excludes the original shipping & handling fee for the order.

If you are selecting Priority Shipping for your order, please avoid doing so close to the weekend, i.e, Thursday afternoon or Friday (business days exclude Saturday and Sunday), which will naturally slows down the shipping process as post office's business hours are often shorter and packages sometimes do not get processed until Monday. IMPORTANT: If you place a 2 Days Shipping order on Friday, it DOES NOT mean you will receive it on Monday. * In some cases, certain further regions may take up to 3 Days for delivery. It will depend on the handling of the area's local post offices. If you have any question on an delayed order, please email us.
For Standard Shipping, our usual expected delivery time is 5-8 business days. However, for some further states, such as Georgia, Oklahoma, New Mexico and Colorado, delivery time can take up to 10-14 business days depending on the handling time and pace of the post office. As always, if you have any question regarding on your package, please email us and we would be more than happy to help!
For International Shipping, some countries and regions may require more time for delivery. Please be sure to leave your telephone number in the order form for local post office to get in contact with you regarding on any delivery issue. Once the package is dispatched from the United States postage system, we no longer will have control over the delivery process.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
We do not accept returns or exchange due to hygienic reason. If you have received a wrong item, please contact us immediately. All jewelry sale is final.
You may cancel an order within 24 Hours of purchase for a full refund. Once it's outside of that time frame, the order is considered processed and we will not be able to issue a refund. Please note, all refund excludes shipping cost.
All items are examined and carefully packed for mailing. However, if you should receive a damaged item, please let us know as soon as possible. We will try our best to replace your item, if it is within 5 days of receipt, we will be able to issue an equal value of store credit (excluding shipping).
You must send back the item within 5 DAYS, once we receive the item, a store credit will be issued immediately via email.
Our "Wear & Tear" guarantee is up to 30 DAYS since the day of purchase. We are not responsible for damage or breakage nor do we replace or refund for any item that is purchased longer than the period of time mentioned.
If we have sent you a wrong item, please email us with a photo of the unworn item you've received attached and we will be more than happy to assist you. If your invoice indicates that we have sent you the wrong item, we can issue you a refund OR we can resend a replacement. However, you may only choose one of the options, once a refund has been issued, no replacement will be sent, vice versa.
